At Somerset, the buffets will offer dishes like chicken cacciatore, shrimp scampi, smoked St. Louis ribs, penne Alfredo, an omelet station, made-to-order pizza and more. Diners can choose from items such as such as pastrami salmon and avocado toast, asparagus and mushroom risotto, crispy soft shell crab, clothesline bacon, Titanic French toast, lamb chops, lobster Benedict, lemon tart, ice cream sliders, and key lime donuts. The youth group at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (IHM) in Scotch Plains made 137 baskets over the weekend for IHM food pantry guests. The "Families of Faith" group worked on the baskets the entire day on Sunday, creating 63 baskets in the morning, and 74 baskets at night were created by 26 teens in the eighth grade youth group.
